In March 2020 the mandated lock-down order in response to COVID-19 shut down food supply lines to the weakest, sickest, oldest, poorest, and most vulnerable. These food supply lines were broken overnight, without warning, making the threat of severe hunger or even starvation very real possibilities.

But, we were ready. Our community came together and created new food supply lines. Over 100,000 meals were provided. This was our response to COVID.
